Job Summary
Provide travel instruction to individuals 16 and older, including those with disabilities, while conducting accurate mobility intake assessments and maintaining client confidentiality. Demonstrate exceptional customer service by leading group outreach presentations and trainings on public transportation usage. Perform one-on-one ADA eligibility interviews across Northern California using a company-provided vehicle, serving as backup support for the Solano Eligibility contract and the Metro Hub Call Center. Utilize Paratransit's software to maintain accurate training records. This full-time role involves 85% field work throughout Sacramento County and requires a clean driving history.
Required Qualifications
- 21 Years old and over
- CA driver's license and clean driving history
- Computer skills including accurate typing, data entry, Word and Excel knowledge
- Four years of Customer Service Experience
- Experience working with youth, seniors or people with disabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to teach ideas, concepts, and skills
- ADA eligibility assessment experience a plus
- Ability to travel long distances between bus stops and destinations
- Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States in accordance with Department of Homeland Security regulations
