Job Summary
Greet guests in parking lots and garages, educate customers on Metropolis parking technology, and assist with enrollment. Patrol assigned areas to identify vehicles without proper payment, issue violations with photo documentation, and maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors and collecting trash. Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks including cleaning, washing, and oil changes while observing all safety protocols. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, handling various shifts including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to six consecutive hours)
- Ability to visually inspect vehicles and physically access all areas of garages and lots
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices)
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
