Job Summary
Mobility NA SCM Finance Manager drives the North America supply chain financials for the Mobility Group, leading cost-out and inflation management, tariff forecasting, and P&L analysis; partners with MGNA SCM/Finance, Global SCM, and Enterprise teams to deliver forward-looking forecasts, margin improvements, and governance across direct, indirect, and logistics categories; expects close collaboration with ERP and planning tools (Oracle planning, OBIEE, PowerBI) and active involvement in CAPEX approvals, tariff insights, and process improvements to enhance financial performance across a global, matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles in supply chain, engineering, R&D, or industrial/manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated experience with forecasting, and cost modeling
- Previous experience supervising/ managing Finance teams
- This role requires remote work within the US with limited travel within 200 miles of the specified facilities
