Job Summary

Deliver, service, and repair mobility equipment in patients' homes while performing basic adjustments, troubleshooting complex power chairs, and educating users on proper equipment use. Diagnose and document equipment issues, complete required paperwork and electronic documentation, and understand billing and compliance guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle by conducting routine inspections and following safe driving procedures. Communicate effectively with office staff and partners regarding delivery status, service issues, and schedule changes, while proactively reporting delays or patient concerns. Work independently to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision, ensuring patients gain independence, comfort, and confidence with their mobility solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering consumer or medical equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex power chairs
  • Basic computer and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with patients while maintaining professionalism, respect and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
