Job Summary
Deliver, service, and repair mobility equipment for patients in homes and care settings while performing basic adjustments and providing education on proper use. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document equipment issues accurately according to manufacturer guidelines and patient needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle through routine inspections and audits, following all safe driving procedures. Communicate effectively with office staff and teams regarding delivery status, service issues, and schedule changes, reporting any delays or patient concerns proactively. Complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation to support billing and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering consumer or medical equipment
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex power chairs
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with patients while maintaining professionalism, respect and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
