Job Summary
Mobility device Technician/Phone Repair Technician to configure and deploy handheld devices (Samsung, Apple, Zebra) for customers, contribute to lab process improvements, and support rotating shifts including weekends/holidays. Requires experience configuring and repairing mobility devices, strong mechanical/technical skills, knowlege of assistive technology and mobility device standards, and ability to work in a team as well as independently. Responsibilities include active engagement in HEM Configuration and Depot processes, device deployment, continuous improvement, and cross-departmental support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in configuring and repairing mobility devices or related equipment
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Knowledge of assistive technology and mobility device standards
