Mobility Co-Founder / COO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Co-Founder / COO for Mobility, responsible for owning, building, and operating a startup within a high-growth portfolio. You will receive intensive coaching from unicorn founders, be supported in hiring through our network of 50,000+ professionals, and help iterate the product to product-market-fit while building a sales force and marketing engine. The role includes strategic guidance to secure multi-million euro funding within 12 months, access to fellow founders and investors, and the aim to reach €100M+ in revenues. You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation and possess strong English communication skills to lead and grow a venture-backed startup. Tasks focus on scaling the startup, developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating with investors, and driving organizational performance. The position emphasizes ownership, personal development, and the ability to build a scalable company with the support of EWOR Fellows and an extensive founder network.
