Job Summary
Mobility Client Services Senior Advisor who guides assignees and business partners through mobility policies, delivering a smooth end-to-end mobility experience from initiation through to completion, grounded in bp’s policies and governance. Partners with external vendors to maintain performance and a consistent service experience, ensures compliance and controls, resolves policy questions with sound judgement, coordinates with internal and external teams to land services on time, and provides practical mobility advice to PC&C teams. Contributes to mobility-related projects and seeks opportunities to simplify and standardise processes, while championing bp’s Reward operating model. This role is described as hybrid (office/remote) with up to 10% travel, and requires collaboration across cultures, time zones, and diverse teams, with a focus on agile, continuous-improvement approaches.
