Job Summary
Senior Mobility Client Services Advisor responsible for guiding assignees and business partners through mobility policies, delivering an end-to-end mobility experience from assignment initiation through completion, partnering with external vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, resolving policy questions with sound judgement, coordinating with internal and external teams to deliver services on time and to a high standard, and contributing to mobility-related projects while championing the Reward operating model. The role emphasizes agility, collaboration across cultures/time zones, and a customer-centric, practical advisory approach to mobility matters within bp’s People, Culture & Communications function.
