Job Summary
Drive demand generation and customer acquisition for SMB mobility sales by building, launching, and optimizing data-driven campaigns with speed and agility. Identify new growth vectors through digital acquisition, verticalized, and local campaigns while continuously researching markets and buyer personas to create scalable engines. Navigate a matrixed organization to align initiatives with Sales leadership, Field Marketing teams, Database Management, and external agencies, ensuring seamless rollout and lead hand-off. Establish rigorous metrics to tie marketing spend to measurable business outcomes and pipeline generation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant work experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management
- A portfolio demonstrating measurable success in both strategic campaign planning and tactical execution
- Proven ability to build, launch, and manage demand campaigns quickly and effectively
- Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally within a large, matrixed organization, particularly partnering closely with Sales, Field Marketing, and external agencies
- Minimum of three days per week in the office
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Direct experience marketing to Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), with a distinct advantage for experience targeting business verticals and localized campaigns
- Deep expertise in digital acquisition channels and performance marketing
