Mobilisation Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary
Lead mobilisation planning and governance for new contracts, coordinating technical, clinical, product, and compliance stakeholders to hit go-live dates without authority over any team. Own the RAID log and project plan, flagging risks early, while serving as the client's main point of contact to ensure nothing is missed between signature and launch. Coordinate DPIA and data flow sign-off with IG/DPO, then hand over cleanly to steady-state operations once the contract is live. Manage fixed go-live deadlines across parallel workstreams for contracts spanning the UK, Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark, transforming concepts into fully operational platforms for healthcare partners.
Required Qualifications
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects
- Comfort working to fixed go-live deadlines across multiple parallel workstreams
- Working knowledge of data protection processes (DPIA, data flow mapping)
- Commercial awareness - you understand what delay and scope creep actually cost
- PM tooling experience (Jira, Antura, Excel or equivalent)
