Job Summary
Ensure health and safety compliance by adhering to all safe work practices and policies during every task. Perform preventative maintenance on company-owned equipment, correct deficiencies, and conduct thorough inspections to identify unsatisfactory conditions or worn parts. Travel to branch locations to execute repairs and active turnarounds, while maintaining active driver status for the assigned vehicle type. Complete all associated paperwork for tracking maintenance schedules and submit reports as required. Maintain your own basic tools and adhere to mandatory PPE requirements throughout all activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 1+ years prior experience working on heavy duty-trucks and equipment
- 1+ years DOT inspection experience
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory up to 70%
- Ability to pass a background, drug, and physical test upon hire

- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as required
- Ability to determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections, scheduled PM's and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts & replacement as needed
