Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on company-owned equipment across branch locations. Ensure full compliance with health and safety policies, mandatory PPE requirements, and safe work practices during all activities. Perform thorough equipment inspections to identify unsatisfactory conditions, correct deficiencies, and submit associated paperwork for tracking. Travel to other locations as required to perform repairs and maintain active light duty or DQ driver status. Maintain your own basic tools and complete scheduled preventive maintenance as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 1+ years prior experience working on heavy duty-trucks and equipment
- 1+ years DOT inspection experience
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory up to 70%
- Ability to pass a background, drug, and physical test upon hire

- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as required
- Ability to determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections, scheduled PM's and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts & replacement as needed
