Job Summary

Conduct thorough on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients within an assigned territory, verifying VINs, mileage, and options while documenting exterior, interior, and basic mechanical components per Manheim standards. Safely locate, start, move, and return vehicles on dealer lots, identifying damage or missing features to ensure accurate system entry. Build strong relationships with dealers by educating them on marketplace value and actively engaging to increase inspection volume. Prepare daily activity reports in Salesforce and collaborate with Wholesale Specialists to maximize territory productivity. Maintain strict safety compliance and follow continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports client trust, marketplace transparency, and inventory flow as a key member of the Manheim Mobile Inspections team.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test
  • Must live in Lynwood, WA or Bothell, WA or North Corridor
  • Must be able to work 100% of the time traveling
