Job Summary
Mobile Inspector II for Cox Automotive’s Manheim mobile inspections team. Conduct thorough vehicle condition inspections on dealer/client lots, document overall vehicle condition in the inspection system, verify VIN and mileage, inspect exterior and interior components, perform basic mechanical checks, and prepare daily activity reports. Build client trust, engage to demonstrate the Manheim Marketplace value, and collaborate with partners to maximize inspection volume. Must work at a Cox location in Aurora, CO; travel is 100% with Lean/safety-focused responsibilities and Salesforce-based reporting. Strong communication, teamwork, and independent problem-solving skills are essential; prior automotive-related experience and a valid driver’s license are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 3 years of any automotive related experience
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required
- Travel 100% - Reliable transportation required
- Strong technical aptitude
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask, follow directions and take instruction is required
