Job Summary
Mobile Valet at Toyota of Naperville – Full-time role responsible for picking up and delivering customer vehicles, transporting loaner vehicles, verifying vehicle information and condition, maintaining loaner inventory, ensuring vehicles are clean and fueled, and providing positive customer service while supporting the service department. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:15 PM with a starting pay of $18.00/hour. Benefits include paid vacation after 90 days, paid holidays, training, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Safe driving habits and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to navigate using GPS and mobile applications
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions
- Frequent standing, walking, and entering/exiting vehicles
- Physical ability to drive for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
