Job Summary
Mobile Urgent Responder needed in the Twin Cities metro area to provide acute medical care at patients’ homes and other settings. Responsibilities include prompt response to acute medical calls, collaboration with primary care teams and community resources, following established protocols, using point-of-care diagnostics, thorough documentation in EMR, patient and family education, ongoing skill development, and adherence to nursing practice standards. Requires RN licensure or Community Paramedic certification in Minnesota, BLS/ACLS, valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of acute care experience. Competitive hourly compensation ($36-$45) with mileage reimbursement; 0.75 FTE schedule (three 10-hour daytime shifts/week) with rotating weekends/holidays; benefits available for full-time hires and pathways for career growth. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or certification as Community Paramedic in Minnesota
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care settings

Desired Qualifications
- Certification as a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Community Paramedic in Minnesota
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
