Job Summary
Fit and maintain agricultural, construction, and commercial machinery tyres primarily on customer premises, with a small amount of work in the Tyre bay at the Shefford Woodlands depot. Visit the depot daily to collect equipment required for site operations, covering a geographic area within an hour to ninety minutes of Hungerford. This customer-facing role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with heavy machinery in outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
- Capability to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment
- Previous tyre fitting experience of some kind
- Experience working with agricultural/construction machinery
- Ability to demonstrate the right aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally located within a commutable distance to the depot (RG17 7BP) to enable a daily visit to pick up equipment whilst also being able to reach all our customers in Berkshire and the surrounding areas
