Job Summary
Deliver advanced technician training programs for mobile truck service technicians focusing on diagnostics, repair quality, safety compliance and field execution standards. Conduct on-site instruction, hands-on coaching, ride-alongs, and post-repair quality inspections to ensure compliance with OEM specs, TMC practices, and FMCSA regulations. Partner with field leadership to improve technician onboarding, career progression, and workforce development; maintain industry knowledge of Class 8 truck technologies and mobile maintenance practices. Travel up to 75% to support live, virtual, and field-based training events; promote a strong safety culture aligned with bp’s Believe in Zero philosophy. ASE Master Technician certification is required; additional certifications in BEV, CNG, advanced electrical/electronic systems, or OEM engines are preferred.
