Job Summary
Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections and complete state and federal inspections. Diagnose mechanical problems using charts, technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and experience. Handle transmission, engine, and diagnostic tasks with required expertise. Welding experience is preferred. This role offers a guaranteed 40-hour week from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. We provide paid training, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match. Candidates receive tool and work boot reimbursements, along with ongoing training and ASE certification support. Opportunities exist to advance into management positions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass Ruan certification tests
- Transmission, engine and diagnostic experience
- Candidate must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Certification from a diesel mechanic trade school preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Class A CDL preferred
- Welding experience preferred
