Job Summary
Perform mobile diesel repairs and preventative maintenance on Class 7 & 8 trucks across the Birmingham, AL area using a company service vehicle. Utilize your own basic tools to execute tire repairs and diagnostics at various client locations. Maintain a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment checks while adhering to an on-call rotation that includes occasional weekends. Work the day shift from 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Earn between $26 and $31 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Insurable
- Own basic tools
- Ability to clear pre-employment checks
- Flexibility to be on an on-call rotation
- Ability to work occasional weekends
- At least 1 year experience performing preventative maintenance and tire repairs on class 7 & 8 diesel trucks
