Job Summary
Mobile Tire Technician responsible for performing tire mounting, balancing, installation, and repairs at customer locations using a mobile installation van. Drive to appointments, conduct safety checks, provide clear explanations of services, uphold company policies, maintain a clean and organized mobile workspace, and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 80 pounds. Requires 21+ years old, valid driver’s license with a good driving record, ability to attend training in South Bend, IN, and TIA certification (or willingness to obtain). Prior tire service experience preferred; training available for the right candidate. Full-time on-site role based in Windsor, CT with varying schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- No more than 2 moving violations or 1 accident in the past 5 years
- No DUI/DWI or drug/alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years
- Ability to attend a one-week training program in South Bend, IN
- TIA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior tire service experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Authorized to work in the United States
