Job Summary
Operate a tire press safely and efficiently, diagnose tire-related issues, and perform services including mounting, balancing, rotating, repairing, and other related tasks. Safely operate forklifts and provide both in-shop and mobile service support for customers while following all safety procedures and company policies. Earn additional income through our performance-based bonus program. Assist with additional duties as assigned, which may include occasional travel and overtime. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty and commercial tires, including mounting and dismounting
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience operating a tire press
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
