Job Summary
The Mobile Therapist position involves providing intensive, time-limited individual and family therapy to youth and their families in various settings. Duties include child and family therapy, treatment plan development, implementation, supervision of staff, and case coordination. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, a required license for working with children on the Autism Spectrum, and at least one year of experience in behavior modification.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc. with strong clinical skills and training or course work in Behavioral Modification
- License Required (LSW, LCSW, LPS, or LBSC) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum
- At least 1 year of experience in behavior modification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with at-risk youth and families
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Insured reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
- Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a plus.
