Job Summary
The Mobile Therapist (MT) provides individualized therapeutic services to children, youth, and families in their homes, schools, and community settings. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based clinical interventions, completing assessments, and developing treatment plans to support emotional regulation and mental health stability. The ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility and compassion while working collaboratively with families and treatment teams. Qualifications include a Master's degree in a relevant field, required licensure for working with children on the Autism Spectrum, and at least one year of experience in behavior modification.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a human services field such as counseling, psychology, social work, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related behavioral health discipline
- License Required (LSW, LCSW, LPS, or LBSC) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum
- At least 1 year of experience in behavior modification
- Insured reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance coverage
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing mental or behavioral health services to children, youth, or young adults
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with at-risk youth and families
- Knowledge of community resources
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
