Job Summary
Intensive Community Services TSF Clinician provides clinical behavioral health services in community settings to DGS clients, delivering mental and behavioral health support to clients and families and assisting them in stepping down to a less intensive level of care. Responsibilities include weekly supervision, psychoeducation for children, adolescents, and families, crisis assessment and intervention, developing and implementing treatment plans considering developmental, family, and community systems, maintaining caseloads, enhancing resilience through skill-building in home/school/community, and coordinating referrals and collaborations with schools and community resources. Also responsible for routine clinical documentation, professional development, and adherence to agency ethics and core values; travel to client homes and schools is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field
- Provide a minimum of 10 hours of service per week
- Hold a valid Driver’s License
