Job Summary
Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapies as part of a multidisciplinary team. Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or another mental health discipline, with a professional license preferred. Clinical experience with children is required, along with knowledge of the community. The position offers a flexible 40-hour week schedule and includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus for license-prepared candidates or $4,000 for licensed masters. A valid driver's license and clearances under PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and FBI background checks are mandatory.
