Mobile Therapist (Flexible Schedules)

Job Summary
Mobile Therapist – provide mobile therapy services to children and adolescents individually, in groups, and with families in homes or school settings; duties include family therapy, consultation, collaboration with treatment team, development of individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and crisis plans, clinical assessments, CASSP principles, HIPAA compliance, documentation, and participation in supervision and trainings. Requires Licensed Mental Health Professional or a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field, with at least 1 year of direct mental health experience with children/youth; flexible schedule including some evenings; ability to file ChildLine reports as mandated; strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with family systems and various treatment modalities; completion of required background checks and clearances; focused on delivering mobile therapy in home and school settings.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Professional or Master's Degree in a related field (Social Worker, Special Education, Counseling or Psychology)
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing mental health direct services to children and youth
- Ability to file ChildLine reports as mandated by the Child Protective Service Law
- Completion of drug test, physical, criminal background check, child abuse clearance, and FBI clearance, with clearance approved
- Knowledge of HIPAA standards by protecting the confidentiality of individuals served
- Ability to work flexible schedule including some evenings
- Essential Duties: knowledge and implementation of CASSP principles; provide mobile therapy services including family therapy; collaboration with treatment team; conduct six-month reviews/assessments; maintain documentation and training certifications
