Mobile Technician Manager

Job Summary

Lead and support service technicians daily by scheduling, supervising, and resolving issues to maximize productivity and service quality. Conduct quality control inspections and safety audits, travel to technician and customer locations as needed, and enforce safe work habits. Manage technician training and development while ensuring alignment with company goals and providing timely feedback to management. Monitor overall productivity and implement improvements to maintain high standards. This role involves overseeing a team within a leader in preventative maintenance and emergency fleet solutions for over 50 years.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in a high-volume mobile/fleet service environment
  • Expert knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance
  • Proficient in using technology, apps, and online systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of truck or automotive repair experience is a plus
  • Experience managing a remote fleet at a regional/national level
