Job Summary
Drives customers to or from their homes or places of business while service is performed on their vehicles, maintains a timely shuttle route, assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles, and communicates with the dealership or other drivers to report disruptions. Keeps records of trips (passenger names and destinations), notifies the dispatcher of maintenance needs, maintains a professional appearance, and performs other duties as assigned. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; no prior experience required. The role emphasizes safe driving, customer service, and accurate record-keeping in a part-time, entry-level position at Port Orchard Ford / Bruce Titus Automotive Group.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with CLEAN driving record
- No prior experience or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's using US customary units
