Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of technicians across multiple sites in the South-West region, manage Planned Preventative Maintenance to SLA targets, maintain a backlog of PPM tasks, complete reactive work within timely windows, liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams, attend client calls and meetings, conduct performance reviews, and carry out risk assessments and safety audits in compliance with safety legislation. Demonstrates strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with knowledge of both commercial and domestic systems, and provides clear explanations of solutions and next steps to clients. Progression and development support are offered within a leading UK engineering and services business.
Required Qualifications
- City & Guilds or equivalent
- relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications
- experience supervising a team of technicians
- ability to manage PPMs to SLA targets
- ability to carry out risk assessments and safety audits
