Job Summary
Float amongst regional buildings to assist during staff absences by ensuring common area cleanliness, preparing apartments for new residents, and performing minor plumbing and electrical maintenance. Address tenant concerns promptly, show vacant suites, collect rents, and serve legal documents while maintaining fire and winter safety logs. Respond professionally to emergencies, follow the on-call schedule, and manage accurate stock control records. Valid driver's license and First Aid certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment)
- Obtain a valid First Aid certification, paid for by the Company
- Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential
