Job Summary
Oversee and assign tasks for safely loading, unloading, and cleaning equipment to ensure daily operational readiness. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area while managing inventory, assisting with cost control, and completing assignments timely. Enforce Mobile Staging guidelines, support kit assembly, document control, and supply ordering, and facilitate audits or FDA inspections as requested. Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members while prioritizing safety, compliance, and quality standards. Lead and motivate the team with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. This role requires a valid CDL, Texas driver's license, and availability to float across departments during any shift, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Acceptable driving record (as specified in the current Vehicle Loss Control Guide)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Regular, full-time attendance
- Availability to float to other areas of the department
- Availability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends
- Detail-oriented regarding document review (e.g., completeness, accuracy, written legibly)
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to read, understand, communicate, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information with an emphasis on departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to communicate with coworkers and peers using basic software applications/computers, or other electronic devices
- Ability to focus on safety, compliance, and quality
- Ability to learn and use problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, encourage, and motivate others
