Mobile Specialist at Toyota of Naperville Service serves as a key connection between the dealership and service customers by providing convenient vehicle pick-up and delivery, maintaining communication throughout the service process, coordinating with Service Advisors, assisting with loaner vehicle exchanges, ensuring vehicles are clean and secure, and supporting service department operations. The role emphasizes customer service, logistics, and dealership support with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:45 AM to 6:15 PM and an hourly pay rate of $18.00.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review
- Outstanding punctuality
