Job Summary
Coordinate field operations and events for decentralized clinical studies by handling, transporting, and managing supplies at internal facilities and remote locations. Load, unload, and organize inventory including oversized and heavy items while troubleshooting basic vehicle issues and maintaining consistent interior organization. Compile reports to account for financials, equipment, and staff assets using Excel and inventory management tools. Requires current driver's license, ability to drive trucks over long distances, and up to 100% travel including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Current driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive trucks over long distances for several days
- Experience working in Healthcare or Operations
- High School Diploma/GED
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Professional Truck driving experience without violations
- Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience
- Travel: up to 100% travel requirements
- Ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Technical knowledge base including an operational understanding of equipment, tools, and basic assembly
- Mechanically or technically inclined to troubleshoot basic issues with vehicles with initiative to solve technical problems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
