Mobile Services Specialist

Transport tribal members safely to medical appointments, tribal programs, and other destinations; assist elders and individuals with disabilities entering/exiting vehicles; maintain and manage the tribal fleet, ensuring vehicles are safe, clean, and operational; keep accurate transportation logs (mileage, trip purposes, passenger records, fuel usage); coordinate trip details with program staff and clients; perform routine vehicle inspections and cleaning; monitor fuel, tire pressure, fluids, and overall vehicle condition; ensure proper documentation (registration, insurance, emergency supplies); adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and tribal transportation policies; report accidents or safety concerns with necessary documentation; assist with fleet usage policies and check-in/check-out procedures; comply with Title IX and ADA requirements; maintain professional, respectful demeanor and collaborate with internal teams and tribal members; may include nights/weekends and local travel within the CTCLUSI service area.
