Mobile Services Manager

Job Summary
Manage daily financial, operational, and client service functions for a Securitas Mobile Services operation, including patrol, inspection, shared guarding, and response. Supervise subordinate officers and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery while analyzing operational and financial indicators to drive profitable revenue growth. Conduct regular client meetings to address service expectations, negotiate contracts, and support security planning and assessments. Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of staff, coordinate staffing schedules to control labor costs, and administer the operational budget. Authorize expenditures for equipment and vehicles, maintain inventory, and ensure full compliance with laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 2 or more years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management
- responsible experience in the security industry
- equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education
- Understanding of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection or response services
- Knowledge of business operations management and human resources administration
- Use of personal computer and spreadsheet software
- Ability to synthesize business/financial data and develop recommendations
- Planning, organizing, and leadership skills
- Oral and written communications skills
- Strong customer service and service delivery orientation
- Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to be an effective leader and member of project teams
- Ability to take initiative and achieve results
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail
- willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Driver Certification
- 2 years of experience in Mobile operations
- Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey
- Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information
- Regular use of vehicle required in the performance of duties
- Regular talking and hearing
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Occasional walking, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
- Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Frequent travel to client sites for oral presentations, group meetings, and security surveys
- Directing, motivating, training, coaching, and disciplining staff in a positive manner
- Reading and analyzing reports and financial data, including related computer usage
