Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
Perform mobile maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, and minor repairs at customer locations using a company-provided mobile service vehicle. Conduct basic diagnostics and identify additional service needs. Complete digital vehicle inspections and service documentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile service vehicle. Follow all Ford and dealership safety and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain services performed. Requires 2+ years automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred), ASE certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with good communication and customer service skills; comfortable using tablets/computers for service documentation.
