Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck to mount, dismount, balance, and repair all types of tires. Diagnose tire-related issues, perform light mechanical repairs, and inspect wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation while operating TPMS and diagnostic tools. Conduct fleet inspections and preventative maintenance checks, maintain truck and equipment in safe operating condition, and follow DOT regulations and company safety policies. Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication of service details and timelines. Assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls. Valid driver's license required; possible overtime may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Possible overtime may be required
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- CDL preferred but not required
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required
