Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped truck to mount, dismount, balance, and repair all tire types. Diagnose tire-related issues, perform light mechanical repairs, and inspect wheels for wear or damage while operating TPMS and diagnostic tools. Conduct fleet inspections and preventative maintenance, maintaining the service truck and equipment in safe condition. Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies while providing clear communication of service details. Assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls. Must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license, capable of lifting tires weighing 30–250 lbs., and available for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- CDL preferred but not required
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required
