Job Summary
Mobile Service Technicians respond to roadside and on-site service calls with a fully equipped truck, mount and repair tires, diagnose tire issues, and perform light mechanical repairs. They inspect tires for damage and maintain tools and equipment. Technicians provide customer service and may assist with shop duties. Required qualifications include a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy tires, and strong problem-solving skills. Experience with commercial tires is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
