Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls, performing tire maintenance including mounting, balancing, and repairing various types of tires. Conduct diagnostic inspections, perform light mechanical repairs, and maintain the service truck and tools. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies while providing exceptional customer service and support during fleet inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
