Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will respond to roadside and on-site service calls, repair and balance tires of all types, and perform light mechanical repairs. You will also conduct inspections and preventative maintenance, operate diagnostic tools, and maintain the service truck and equipment. Exceptional customer service, compliance with regulations, and the ability to work independently are key aspects of this role. The position requires a valid driver's license and includes benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
