Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls with a fully equipped service truck. Mount, balance, and repair various types of tires, diagnose tire-related issues, and perform light mechanical repairs as needed. Inspect tires and wheels, conduct fleet inspections, and maintain service equipment. Follow safety regulations and provide excellent customer service, assisting with warehouse duties when not on calls. Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred. Must be able to lift heavy tires and work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
