Job Summary
Mobile Service Technician responsible for responding to roadside and on-site service calls, mounting, dismounting, balancing, and repairing tires across passenger, light truck, commercial, and industrial categories; diagnosing tire-related issues and performing light mechanical repairs; inspecting tires and wheels for wear and inflation; conducting fleet inspections and preventative maintenance; operating TPMS and diagnostic tools; maintaining the service truck and equipment; following DOT regulations and safety policies; delivering clear service timelines to customers; and assisting with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move tires 30–250 lbs with or without assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
