Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. Mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires of various types (passenger, light truck, commercial, industrial). Diagnose and repair tire-related issues and perform light mechanical repairs as needed. Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and inflation. Conduct fleet inspections and preventative maintenance as required. Operate TPMS and other diagnostic tools. Maintain the service truck, tools, and equipment in safe condition. Follow DOT regulations, safety policies, and traffic laws at all times. Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication of service details and timelines. Assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Possible overtime may be required
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Overtime maybe required
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
