Job Summary
Mobile Service Technicians respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a service truck, mounting, balancing, and repairing various types of tires. Responsibilities include diagnosing tire-related issues, performing light mechanical repairs, inspecting tires for wear and damage, and operating diagnostic tools. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a drug screen. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs.
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
- Valid CDL (preferred but not required)
