Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. Key responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, balancing, and repairing various types of tires, performing diagnostics on tire-related issues, executing light mechanical repairs, and conducting fleet inspections. Strong emphasis is placed on customer service, communication, and compliance with safety regulations. Applicants should have the ability to lift heavy tires and work independently in varying conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
