Job Summary
The Mobile Service Technician responds to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, balancing, and repairing all types of tires; diagnosing and repairing tire-related issues; inspecting tires and wheels; performing fleet inspections; and maintaining the service truck and equipment. Candidates must be capable of working independently, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred.
