Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck to mount, dismount, balance, and repair all types of tires. Diagnose tire-related issues, perform light mechanical repairs, and inspect wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation while operating TPMS and diagnostic tools. Conduct fleet inspections and preventative maintenance checks, maintain the service truck and equipment, and follow DOT regulations and safety policies. Provide clear communication of service details and timelines, and assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Mini boom truck experience - farm tires and small OTR tires
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- CDL preferred but not required
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required
